Four Young SIBERIANS May Face Being EUTHANIZED, Please Help!

Hi All.

I am reaching out to Sibe lovers and lovers of animals in general to help save the lives of four young Siberians that may face being euthanized due to a county ordinance.

Recently, an incident occurred in Broward county Florida on Aug 29th 2008 where four Sibes, a Mother and her pups, escaped from their home and into the neighborhood. The father Sibe was the only one who did not escape. During their outing, they mauled 4 pound Terrier to death. Currently, they are being held at the Broward County Animal Regulation facility (the pound).

According to the Broward County ordinance, whether or not these dogs are classified as "dangerous", they will be euthanized after ten days of impoundment.

I have written each commissioner representing the districts of Broward county to please not penalize these dogs and now I am reaching out to the members of Meetup.

Send an e-mail or call if you want. I am hoping that the bigger stink we make about this, the more likely they will not do this. Euthanizing these dogs is morally wrong.
These bullsh*t laws/ordinances is the kind-a crap that makes people go nuts in society!

This is a letter I sent to all of the commissioners:

It is my hope that this e-mail will serve to benefit the lives of the four Siberian Huskies who mauled the four pound Terrier, Tinkerbell to death on August 29th 2008. I completely sympathize with the owner of Tinkerbell, Veno Charles, as I am a dog owner myself and I understand how losing a pet can feel like losing a best friend.


Siberians are blessed with many natural talents and traits and are one of the few breeds that have not forgotten their natural skills for which they were bred. Siberians were developed into a working breed by the Chukchi people of Siberia as they bred these animals for among others, skill in pulling sleds and hunting. Because this breed was expected to fend for themselves during certain months in Siberia, Siberians developed strong hunting instincts and as a result, can regard small, fury animals as prey.


Siberian Huskies embody a unique and ancient breed that is energetic, outgoing, and full of love. All talents and traits of a Siberian are blessings in their nature and this breed should not be penalized for a trait for which it was blessed. I am an owner of two Siberian Huskies and so I can understand how this unfortunate accident could have occurred and can honestly say that this occurrence is without a doubt, a Siberian Husky owner’s worst nightmare. Due to the unique characteristics of the breed, owning a Siberian is a tremendous responsibility, so as previously mentioned, please do not punish a Siberian for a trait for which it was blessed, and consider disciplining the owner instead.


A mother and her three young pups are punished with death, according to an Ordinance, but to them, they were simply being puppys. From this one mistake, two families will be left with an irreplaceable void; the Father Siberian and the family of Julie Roberts. It is my hope that this email will be considered in support of sparing the lives of the four young Siberians owned by Julie Roberts. These dogs are full of love and I am certain that the unfortunate consequence of their actions was innocent and purely unintentional.

Bastards want to fuck with Huskies! I hope they rot in fucking hell! Do they have proof the huskies did it....I think not...It is all hearsay. They deserve a fair trial. Not only that, but the fact is the Huskies are American citizens. The dog being mauled, the Terrier was Not an American citizen. The 'terriers' were not included in the 14th Amendment. Therefore it is simple, ....'Free the Husky four!' This is a travesty of justice and nothing more but an attempt of genocide against huskies...the last true breed of purity and warrior hood. I scream, 'Free the Husky four!'
